The Friends of El Paso Animal Services concept was started in 2017 by former City Representative Dr. Michiel Noe to support El Paso Animal Services’ lifesaving goal. The Friends of El Paso Animal Services Fund in the El Paso Community Foundation will bridge the gap between the city shelter and the animals in its care, providing innovative programs to help find forever homes for shelter animals. El Paso Animal Services provides exceptional care and treatment to improve the quality of life of pets in the shelter and the community. But it needs some help. Philanthropic support is a necessity to reach El Paso Animal Services’ goal of making El Paso a no-kill community.
The Down Syndrome Coalition for El Paso (DSCEP) is a supporting organization of the El Paso Community Foundation that is creating a better world for all individuals with special needs through education, advocacy and support.
