Tess Passero Ottobre is the Director of Marketing and Special Projects. She oversees marketing and public relations for the Foundation, its affiliate organizations, projects and funds.

Tess has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with concentration in Radio, TV and Film, and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. She spent the early years of her career working for global footwear brand PONY; she then moved on to work for Tom Delonge (from the band Blink 182) at his footwear and media companies. After 9 years there, she left to form her own consulting company.

She recently moved back to El Paso from California and began her work at the Community Foundation.
