The Down Syndrome Coalition for El Paso (DSCEP) is a supporting organization of the El Paso Community Foundation that is creating a better world for all individuals with special needs through education, advocacy and support. The DSC will host several events to highlight October as Down Syndrome Awareness Month and we are kicking it off early this weekend!

Today, the El Paso Community Foundation provides a wide range of philanthropic services in the region as a grant maker, convener and leadership organization to the community.
