Expats return this weekend for El Paso Everywhere event

Progress 321 designed El Paso Everywhere as a weekend where former residents of El Paso, Ciudad Juarez, and Las Cruces can connect with people and projects that are actively transforming our region.

The second edition of El Paso Everywhere, which is from September 16-19, is jam-packed with events to provide expatriates, or expats, with a detailed perspective of how the region has grown and developed over the last 10 years. Events include a tour of our sister city of Juarez, a hotel happy hour tour with local leaders, and breakfast with the El Paso Community Foundation to talk about how to give back to the community.

The initiative, launched in 2019, is based on a similar program in Detroit. It is designed to further the mission of making the Borderplex the best place to live and work. Expats have come from all around the country — and the globe — to participate in the weekend, which successfully has inspired many to be more active in El Paso projects.

Progress 321 is a supporting organization of the El Paso Community Foundation.

This year’s events are sold out, but if you or someone you know would like to be involved in next year’s event, please head to elpasoeverwhere.com for more info. Check out the video wrap-up of El Paso Everywhere 2019.
