The June 29 and July 19-20 shows will be performed in Spanish.

Tickets for opening weekend June 14-15 are only $10!

Regularly priced tickets are $24 for adults; and $16 for children ages 2-12, seniors 65 and older and military with a valid ID.

The Franklin Mountains provide a naturally beautiful backdrop for Viva! El Paso, an historical extravaganza told with singing, dancing and dramatizations. Created by Hector Serrano in 1978, Viva! El Paso depicts four centuries years of the El Paso area’s rich history.

Burges High School’s Keith W. Townsend returns for the fourth year as artistic director. The show combines many of the popular songs, dances and characters from the past, such as the iconic deer dance, with new elements.

The updated script is by Tony Award-winner Marty Martin. Viva! features songs by El Paso music icon Jim Ward, Gabriel Gonzalez and music director Cody Ritchey.

Viva! El Paso is produced in a partnership between the El Paso Community Foundation and El Paso Live.
