This month’s Cultivate Forum on Local Food Systems and Sustainability will serve up four presentations by local speakers and a short documentary about responsible fishing on the Indian Ocean island nations of Mauritius and Rodrigues.
The free program will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 19 in the Foundation Room, 333 N. Oregon, across from San Jacinto Plaza.
The quarterly Cultivate Forum is sponsored by the El Paso Community Foundation and is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Parking is available at the Mills Plaza Parking Garage and other locations nearby.
