Sponsor payments may be submitted by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to El Paso Festivals, with “Sol Summit Sponsor” noted in the memo line, and mailed to PO Box 272, El Paso, TX 79943. A secure credit card payment option is also available below.

El Paso Festivals, Inc. is a nonprofit organization, and sponsors will receive a tax acknowledgment letter documenting any applicable tax-deductible portion of their sponsorship.

All sponsor payments must be received in full no later than April 1, 2026. Sponsorship benefits and deliverables are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
