El Paso October 2026 Flooding Emergency Response - El Paso Community Foundation | Grants, Scholarships, and Philanthropy Services

Over the weekend of October 24 & 25th, severe storms brought heavy rain and flash flooding to Northwest El Paso, damaging homes on Bluff Creek St, Dawnlight Ln, and Crest Creek Ln. and displacing families across our community. In response, the City of El Paso and the El Paso Community Foundation are working together to support the neighbors affected by this disaster. Through this joint effort, we will help families meet immediate needs and begin the work of recovery and rebuilding. El Paso has always come together in difficult times, and we invite everyone who is able to join us in standing with our neighbors as they recover. Every contribution, large or small, will go directly toward helping families affected by the flooding get back on their feet.
