Change Makers is a collaboration between Progress321 and El Paso Matters. Both organizations are supporting organizations of the El Paso Community Foundation.

El Paso Matters is a member-supported nonpartisan media organization that uses journalism to expand civic capacity in our region. We inform and engage with people in El Paso, Ciudad Juárez, and neighboring communities to create solutions-driven conversations about complex issues shaping our region.

Progress321 is a group of purpose-driven professionals dedicated to making the region the best place to live, work, and create. We bring together emerging leaders with established trailblazers and foster meaningful, actionable progress in our region.

Vanessa Feliberti Bautista, Corporate Vice President of Substrate Engineering at Microsoft and Eastwood High School graduate, will be the featured speaker at the second annual Change Makers. Her role at Microsoft is to create capacity in the M365 cloud fabric and engineering systems through Innovation and Savings to enable business growth while safely unlocking access to entities, signals and insights that reside in Substrate to enable “speed of thought” experimentation and innovation for 1st party and 3rd party developers and data scientists.
