Robert J. “Bob” McLellan was President and CEO of Handgards. from 2003 until his untimely death in 2019. During his tenure at the company, Bob was committed completely to the personal and individual successes of his Handgards team. Bob built a culture of caring, knowing that what was good for his colleagues was good for the company, and was always helping a fellow employee in need. The Robert J. McLellan Scholarship Fund at the El Paso Community Foundation is a way to honor Mr. McLellan’s legacy of caring for others.

The purpose of this fund is to provide for tuition and related expenses for university, college, or vocational / trade schools to those members of the Handgards Family in El Paso and their dependents.
