Join Progress321 and the El Paso Innovation Hub for a TechTalk + hands-on game session with Victor Talamantes, CEO of BinMatter, a Juárez-based software and game studio. BinMatter builds modern digital products used by brands and organizations, including the national entrepreneurship platform PYMAIS, immersive AR and VR experiences, and interactive games like Fiesta.live.

Victor will break down the tools and development workflows his team uses to take projects from concept to release. After the talk, you’ll play a game built by BinMatter’s team, experiencing the result of the tools and processes discussed.

Víctor Talamantes is a programmer and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in technology and digital product development. His interest in programming began at the age of 12, leading him to launch his first online business at just 17. He is the founder of Binmatter, a digital solutions studio specializing in web, mobile & VR applications, as well as video games. From there, he has led innovative technology projects with international reach. His work focuses on creating platforms and interactive experiences that blend engineering, design, and gamification, with a strong emphasis on the human factor.
