El Paso Community Foundation 16th Annual Estate Planning Seminar for Professionals

The Estate Planning Seminar for Professionals is designed for attorneys, certified public accountants and financial planners who are involved in sophisticated estate planning with their clients. The course provides analysis of recent federal estate and gift tax statutes, regulations and case decisions relating to valuation issues, “defined value” clauses, family limited partnerships, the marital deduction, life insurance, individual retirement accounts, and other hot estate planning topics.
Participants will be advised on Texas legislative updates, analysis of case decisions affecting the Texas Probate Code, the Texas Trust Code, and the estate practice as well as several state and federal cases.
