Cultivate forum returns April 20

The Cultivate Forum on Local Food Systems and Sustainability returns at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 20, to the El Paso Community Foundation’s Foundation Room, 333 N. Oregon Street, across from San Jacinto Plaza.
Cultivate, which is sponsored by the El Paso Community Foundation, is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
The April Forum features three speakers and “El Cacao,” a 20-minute
documentary by Michelle E. Aguilar that focuses on an indigenous cacao
bean farmer in Panama and how he is impacted by the economics of Fair
Trade.
