Registration is now open for third annual Run Internacional: The U.S.-Mexico 10K, a scenic race that runs through the downtowns of El Paso, Texas, USA and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, ending on the international boundary line.
This year’s race will be on Saturday, October 28 at 8 a.m. This one should be a little cooler. The first two races were run in August!
The U.S.-México 10K started in 2015 with more than 1,000 runners from both countries. More than 1,500 runners are expected this year.
This race was developed in conjunction with the office of U.S. Representative Beto O’Rourke to show the world how our border region is so intrinsically connected well beyond international trade and commerce.
The U.S-Mexico International 10K is more than a race. It illustrates how ONE community, united by an international boundary line, blends itself into ONE region.
