1) “Food for Thought Food for Life”, a short documentary film by Susan Rockefeller (22 minutes).

3) Paul Hotchkin, El Paso Community College, “Sustainability Projects with Students: A Five-year Retrospective”
4) Thea Gudonis and Jim Schwarzbach, US Green Building Council West Texas Advisory Committee, “Breaking the Cycle – the Benefits of Distributed Electrical Generation”
There will be plenty of time for discussion and collaboration afterwards.
